The Memory Gate Monthly blog digest

I can’t believe January has flown by so quickly! Here’s what ‘s been happening on the Memory Gate blogs:

What Where Who Weddings

We’ve posted only 5 posts in January due to an extremely busy time setting up other websites and attending the SWPP convention. We do however have a brand new contributor to the site. Deborah is our in house make-up artist and beauty specialist and so far has added three posts:

All three are defiantly worth a look for any 2010 bride.

Our most popular post of the month has been Who are the top wedding tweeters?

We are still looking for more contributors to the site site so if you are a wedding vendor who wants to promote either your own blog or website then drop us an email.

Photo Creative 365

The launch of this new site has proved to be very exciting and we’ve averaged over 100 visits a day!

With 31 posts this month I’m not going to list them all but these are the 5 most popular.

  1. Day 21 – 189 Ideas to improve your photography business
  2. Day 31 – End of the Month Fun – The iPad and Twitter
  3. Day 19 – Business school at the SWPP convention Part 6
  4. Day 30 – Lens Baby effect in Photoshop
  5. The PhotoCreative Podcast Episode 1

It’s still early days for the site and the search engines have yet rank our posts very highly so thank you for everyone who has found us via the SWPP forum, Twitter and Facebook.

New year = new rules

Happy new year and welcome to the….erm….. Tennies, Tenties, Teenies or if you’re Australian …. ‘One-ders’

We have lots of projects in development at the moment so we have decided to set a few rules (for ourselves at least) in terms of what we post here at The Gatekeepers.

Monday is Blog Day – Expect to see all of Memory Gate’s news mainly being updated on Monday. This doesn’t mean that we won’t chuck a few other posts in there midweek from time to time though.

First Monday of the month is our Memory Gate Blog Digest – We currently have two other blogs running at the moment and we’ll give you a little taste of them each month.

These are our two other blogs –

What Where Who Weddings – Everything weddings. Tips, interviews, photos, ramblings and a touch of humour!

Photo Creative 365 – Michael’s brand new (and perhaps slightly ambitious) personal 365 photo project combined with daily creative posts.

We also have some new websites in development which we’re be officially launching from this blog later this month.
